TAYLORS, S.C. — An inmate who walked away from a prison work detail more than a week ago site was recaptured on Saturday.Beverly Susanne Adams was arrested about 6:30 p.m. near Taylors.Investigators said they pulled over the vehicle in which she and a man were traveling.

Corrections officers said that Adams walked away from the Columbia Farms chicken plant in west Columbia last Friday.
